Santa Fe Hotel - Suceava

My single room here had everything I needed and the location was great, just a short walk to public transport and the city center.

location: the hotel was close enough to the outskirts of town, and the centre. the staff were very amiable, and the private parking was available. the single room had all we needed, including large bathroom.

Well-equipped unit with a modern decor. Best beds and an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat screen TV. Exceptionally nice location in residential area, short walk to the outskirts of town as well as restaurant.

Overall clean accommodation. Really helpful staff. Absolutely perfect and particularly good location. Really nice restaurant with great local food.

Rooms pretty stark - nothing on the walls, carpet dirty. Glasses in bathroom not cleaned and blankets rather stained. A little cleanliness and some decoration would go a long way.

The vibes here were so special. You could see the entire city from where we were staying, which was just perfect. this place sat just 4 km away from cool spots like St Doulagh's Church. 🏞️.

Nice, spacious room with balcony and a very pleasant shower. Super location for my needs. Receptionists spoke good English.

Didn't like people smoking in the hotel and I would have liked more choice of cereals in the morning.

Modern and exceptionally clean place. Incredibly welcoming staff. Great, sized unit with fridge and balcony. Contemporary design. Perfect location near restaurants at breakfast, fortress ruins, and the outskirts of town. Plenty of food options around a 10, 15 minute walk from the venue. Early check, in available. Parking nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at Pension Santa Fe. My room was spacious, clean, with free internet, balcony and a clean bath. I also used the spa area and everything was wonderful: steam bath, sauna,jacuzzi. The dinner I had in the restaurant was excellent and the hotel staff very helpful.Good quality for price.

Very nice small hotel, with modern services, Internet, standard cleanliness from western big hotels. Ideal for both business in Suceava, or visit of famous monasteries Putna, Dragomirna and Arbore.

This venue offers exceptionally clean accommodations and a lovely dining experience with excellent cuisine, complemented by very friendly and attentive staff, resulting in a nice overall stay for one night.

Easy to find, clean, comfortable,good parking.

Not in the best of areas, further away from the town than we hoped

There were fresh towels most days. Secure car parking was provided although this was round the corner.

We would not stay at this pension again. We were constantly moved from room to room and my fiancee got locked in one room when the swipe key failed. The staff were confussed at the lenght of our stay saying that we had not booked the actual duration we stayed. We were also advised that breakfast was not included in the room rate and so we didn't participate. We had one evening in the restaurant and the atmosphere and service was appalling.
